On August 9th, 2024, the Chill Sky Restaurant in Vietnam offered more than just stunning views — it hosted a memorable press event celebrating Europe’s most cherished PDO-certified products. Part of the “Product Europe PDO/PGI” campaign, the evening was a culinary journey through heritage, flavor, and excellence.
Media representatives and gourmet enthusiasts were treated to an immersive tasting experience featuring standout Greek delicacies: the rich and nutty Graviera of Crete, the aromatic elegance of Krokos Kozanis, and the naturally sweet Corinthian Raisin Vostitsa. Complemented by olives, extra virgin olive oil, and Mastiha, each product reflected generations of artisanal mastery.
The event highlighted not only the outstanding quality behind each PDO label, but also the cultural stories they carry — strengthening bonds between European tradition and Vietnam’s vibrant food scene.
